1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each person is allowed to register only one (1) account on 90jii. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or devices — is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Use a valid and active email address that belongs to you.
• Submit accurate date of birth and contact details.

We also conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport), proof of billing address, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC may have withdrawal access restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

90jii supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your 90jii account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel used.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.
• 90jii does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit traced to a third party will be refunded and the account flagged.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method only.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically faster.
• Your account must pass KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved.
• 90jii may delay or withhold withdrawals while conducting fraud checks or if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

90jii offers a range of promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. Always check the promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

General rules that apply to all 90jii bonuses:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 90jii — whether for sports, esports, virtual sports, casino games, Tongits, poker, or jackpot slots — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a placed bet unless the specific product rules explicitly allow it.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction, 90jii reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the 90jii platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds used for settlement, unless an obvious error (known as a "palpable error") occurred.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting page.
• 90jii reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jii and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate game results.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using 90jii as a conduit for illicit funds.

90jii cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and anti-money laundering authorities. Any suspicious activity may be reported to the appropriate agencies without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

90jii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where:

• A player violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation is detected.
• The account fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A player requests self-exclusion under the 90jii Responsible Gaming program.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require action on the account.

If your account is closed, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to you through your registered payment method after a review period. 90jii is not liable for losses incurred during any period of investigation.
